- Wedding: May 2019 - Green Bay, WI
I’m at a loss. Our wedding is May 24 next year and everything is planned except the honeymoon. I have no idea where to start…
I’ve read past boards but I just can’t even form an idea. I think we want something all-inclusive (sounds like a good idea?) but I’m so out of my element at traveling. We don’t travel much at all. I’ve been to Florida because I have family there, but that’s it. My man has barely ever gone on vacation…like he’s never been to Florida or California or even seen an ocean.
For reference, I’m 26 and fiancé-face is 30. We’re from Wisconsin and we’re both artistic people (both in marketing/design and media). We’ve only been on small trips together (to Minnesota, etc.) and we’re really excited to take a big trip together before we start a family.
We don’t want travel time to be too long, so shorter flights from Wisconsin would be great. We are fairly adventurous and are up for pretty much anything. We just want to relax and do fun things together. We’re not super into touring museums or anything—more like we’d want to be outside and do some fun things and then relax on a beach or something. We don’t want to spend too much since our wedding is quite large, so I’m hoping for somewhere with cheaper flights. I’d like to stay under $3000.
Experience on all-inclusive?
Cruises vs staying in one place?
Thanks so much!
