I’m signed up with Honeymoon Wishes.  Our invites aren’t out yet, though, so no idea if people prefer it or not.

We used honeymoonwishs.com (and had a traditional registry with Bloomingdales, etc). Honeymoon registries are great! I would say at least 140 people (out of 300 guests) gifted us with honeymoon perks! We also received awesome feedback from the guests who did use the site! On a side note, we were the first among our friends to get married and use the service – since our wedding every single couple we know after us has used honeymoonwishes.com! My advice would be to go for it! My husband and I had an amazing honeymoon in the Cook Islands because of our generous friends and family! For our thank you cards, we printed cards with pictures specific to the gift the guest gave us.  Here are a couple examples (one friend gave us a day-excersion snorkeling and another couple gave us a scuba diving package):
