Does anyone know of a travel search engine that lets you search by activity instead of by destination? My fiance and I would like to find all possibilities of locations that include an all-inclusive resort that includes scuba diving. So far, all the search engines I’ve tried have been rather difficult. Thanks for any help you have!

Most resorts don’t "include" scuba diving. It’s almost always an extra charge, but you shouldn’t have any problem finding a resort that offers it.
Are you avid divers, or just want to try it out?

We’ve been diving for a couple of years, but mostly in local quarries. We did dive in Hawaii when we went for a friend’s wedding, but that’s the only ocean diving we’ve done. We’re already certified and have all our own equipment. I know Sandals includes diving, so I was hoping to find a couple others that do too, because for us, that’s a good deal! But I don’t particularly want to go on a ‘diving’ vacation; I’d like to relax rather than feel like I have to dive every day, which is what you usually do on a diving vacation.
Thanks for the suggestions!

I agree most resorts don’t "offer" it, but there are almost always diving shops nearby that cater to the tourist. Maybe since diving is on the top of your "to do" list, first find a location that has beautiful diving. For example, I am going to punta cana in the dominican republic. They do of course have diving, but I hear its not the best because the fish popultion just isn’t the best.
So I would research good diving locations, then see what kind of all inclusives are in the area.

What about Belize? It’ s supposed to have some of the best diving and it can sometimes be a bit cheaper than the Caribbean. I think the best area for it is Ambergis Caye. Check it out!
