We are booked at Couples San Souci in Jamaica for July but huge possibilities international travel still wont be open. We are looking into alternatives within US. We still want the island/beach vibe. Looking into US Virgin Islands if anyone has recommendations on which island/resorts or possibly Florida or eastcoast?

Tbh I wouldn’t book anything for July rn. There’s a good chance all this won’t be over by then- and just because US isn’t shutting down domestic travel doesn’t mean you should be traveling even within the US. By all means plan, but I wouldn’t book or buy anything at this time. If anything, I’d say to look for a December destination.

San Diego, California! Beautiful oceans, hiking, theme parks, food, and so much more! Visit San Diego Zoo, Balboa Park, Downtown/Gaslamp Discrict for drinks and dinner, and so many beaches. I would stay in La Jolla, Cordondo Island, or Point Loma.

Clearwater Beach FL is stunning, we went there for our Honeymoon (we had to be in FL anyways for a sporting event) We had a really great time, and it was so relaxing! In July it will be SUPER warm, but there are plenty of places to stay right on the beach, and swimming in that water is so amazing! We also found it to be very cost friendly, and one of my favorite things is, every restaurant we went to gave us iced tea to go!.. I love iced tea so I always order it but never had restaurants offer for us to take some to go!
Hopefully the nation will be healthy enough for you to take a honeymoon by July, but I am not sure I would book anything at this point! Anyone who has a wedding or honeymoon this year might be better off rescheduling, I know if everyone starts living normally again too soon… we might be right back where we are now for even longer.
