I read that yesterday and it sure makes the reality of what happened hit home even harder.  Thanks for posting.  It’s good for us to consider each life that was taken rather than just saying “12 people died”.

@Juliepants:  I really appreciate that too. It’s hard to really understand what happened if it’s something vague like “12 people somewhere far far away died”. My thoughts go out to the family and friends of the victims and survivors.

@Juliepants:  I completely agree with your reply and also read this article yesterday. I think it’s important to recognize that these people were individuals, and it makes the reality of what happened sink in even more.
