    You could wrap the whole neckalce around the bouquet instead of taking it apart. You could even cover the other beading with ribbon and just show the heart charm.

    I agree with those above but if that doesn’t work for some reason, could you buy one that looks similar to represent the original charm? Or you could get a little picture charm of your grandma for your bouquet.

    @pinkb:  Love this. My grandma collected broaches and scarves, so I am wrapping her scarves around my flowers and using the broaches as charms in my arrangement. 

    I couldn’t bare to take the necklace apart.
