Okay, will possibly be able to walk you through this.

What file format are these currently, and how/where are you going to print them?

If you’re using a PC, can you go to the file, right click and choose “open with” then use paint.  From here, you should be able to go “save as” and change the file format to .jpg

Once it’s a jpeg, when you go to print on your computer, it should give you a dialogue box that will let you pick what size to print.

Alternatively, you can upload it to a photo printing place, or take it to one of those Kodak machines and it will also let you pick what size to print.

…does that work for you?

If you use a mac… I’ve got no idea!

How is it that you want to modify the design.  If you open your pictures, right click on the photo, you should have an option to modify and by which program.  It will depend on what programs that you have to modify it with on how you do it.

@Misshotsauce: I would just email them to yourself at a hotmail, or gmail account and go somewhere or to someones house that you can play with them on.  You can also download a trial of several microsoft programs for 60 days and do it with that.

If it’s in word, select, copy and paste it into Paint, then follow the above steps.

You should be fine!

If you have multiple components in Word and the select all, copy paste doesn’t work, you can select all the components and select “group” which makes them basically one thing.

If you PM me your e-mail address I can send you the lemonade label at 5×7. Just FYI though it doesn’t scale to exactly 5×7″ without cutting a little bit of the left and right side of the “wood” part off. Like this:
