I’m in the process of completing my favors. I need to find a program that I can use to print out the little tags I need to tie my favors to. Here is a pic of what I’m making:
(Found these on Etsy a while ago. It looks like they don’t have this specific style anymore, but this is the seller: http://www.etsy.com/listing/50402880/cheers-swarovski-crystal-wine-charm?ref=sr_list_33&ga_search_query=wine+charm+favors&ga_search_type=handmade&ga_page=6&order=&includes%5B0%5D=tags&includes%5B1%5D=title)
I have the paper punches to punch out both the solid round white tags, and the scalloped regular tags. I just need to figure out what I can use to design the white part (sorry, I’m pretty tech-challenged). I don’t have Word on my computer & was hoping there was something else I could use without having to spend $$$.

Open Office is the FREE answer to Microsoft Office. You can get Word, Excel, PowerPoint versions all for free. They even open Microsoft Office versions of the files. I’m sure it can do everything you need and more!

@Ruby Falls: Thanks! I hand-beaded the rings to match my wedding colors, and I think they turned out really well! (this pic is bad, but the beads are green & purple, not green & brown)

A second vote for Open Office here. That’s all I’ve had on my home computer for years and it works like a charm. It’s almost exactly like Microsoft Word only it’s open source so it’s free. Just google Open Office and you will find the whole suite.
The answer to your question is that any word processing program will work for those tags. Just figure out how much space you need between the text to accomodate the punch you have. Then lay out the page to match that and print!

Are you looking for an actual program or just a template? You can use Microsoft Word or Avery Design & Print online. Avery has some label templates that are circles.
You can download the template (to use in MS Word) or you use the design program on Avery’s website. To find the templates, go to “Templates and Software”. Then use the search term “Round”.
Some template options that may work (I don’t know the exact size you need).
