Yeah, the guy mocked the groom for losing his fiancee, made an entire website to trash the couple, lied about an employee committing suicide and tried to give the impression the suicide was related to this situation. Refusing to give a refund is the least objectionable thing about his behavior. I get there was a contract, and I’m sure that made negative reviews from the groom frustrating, but a legit businessman would calmly and rationally post their side of the story and then let their work and other reviews speak for them. Except this guy couldn’t even do that because he already has a long history of scamming both couples and the actual videographers/photographers he contracts with. Disgusting behavior from him all around.
