I think they all sound delicious except for the mushrooms, but its just because I don’t like mushrooms. I’m a particular avacado fan, so I voted for the salad roll but really I would love to try any of the others as well.

I work in catering and can tell you without doubt the coconut shrimp will be your biggest hit.

Those basil things are a hard sell and often we all say “no, I don’t want to take that tray” and the one who does is the “sucker”

@vmec: That is so funny because that is the one appetizer i always look for! I LOVE boccocini cheese and I hate coconut shrimp. I must be the exception

I voted mushrooms, but I always like the food no one else does. The chicken, shrimp, and salad rolls sound like the surest bets.

I loooove mushrooms, and the Little Mushrooms with Leeks and Goat Cheese is a very close second, but I voted for the Salad Roll with Mango and Avocado in Rice Paper Wrappers.  It sounds so yummy and refreshing!

There’s a lot of mushrooms in your choices! I only notice because I hate them.

However, I would be munching the veggie sushi and pork wontons like crazy so who cares. lol

do you have other options?  i love duck but i know many people have issues with duck.  i also love gazpacho and the caprese skewers.

you picked a lot of asian apps.  will your guests be ok with that?  i always try to have the regular apps mixed in: sliders, mini beef wellingtons…

if those were my choices, I would do the duck, shrimp, and gazpacho or caprese skewers.  it will give a little more balance.  you have two pork items so a poultry, a seafood, and another vegetarian options would be nice.

I’d go with the coconut shrimp and leek stuffed mushrooms. The other choices are very acquired tastes that many people do not like.

I would go with the coconut shrimp, chicken, and gazpacho shooters. They balance well with your other options and allow for a variety of meats as well as two vegetarian choices. It is also a good mix of healthy and not-so-healthy foods.

I’m going to have to go with coconut shrimp also.  I’m a really picky eater and I think that’s the only thing of thsoe choices that I would eat.
