I think thats awesome, especially since its winter.   I plan on doing either that or a smores bar.. I would have both hot chocolate and WHITE hot chocolate, with maybe different flavored marshmallows, etc.

@cheetah2b:  Our venue supplies a coffee bar which we’re turning into a hot chocolate and coffee bar.

I think chocolate chips, peppermint, marshmellows, whipped cream, caramel/chocolate syrup, chocolate covered spoons?

If you can have the hot chocolate already mixed because people wil be dressed up and mixing the powder could be very messy !!! Love it, we went to a winter wedding and they had this too it was great!!!

That sounds amazing.  Consider flavored hot chocolates like the kind Ghiradelli makes- I think they have white choco, dark, mocha etc.  Pretzels go great alongside hot chocolate.  Maybe some syrups like they use at coffee shops (caramel, mint?, maybe fruit?).  I would have relatively small cups available so that people don’t waste a ton of it if they want to try a lot of flavors. Maybe hot milk as an option too?  I love hot chocolate made with milk.

We had one at our wedding, tragically it was barely used (Darn Texas weather and 72 degrees on 12/30!) but the most used was the marshmellows and whipped cream, no one really used much else.
