I would just serve the apple cider and the coffee. But make or buy the chocolates on a stick and use for wedding favors. They can either use their chocolate sticks right then at the wedding, or bring them home. Personally…. I love making chocolates on sticks and gifting them, so I am kind of partial to the idea.

Mmmm all of the above, please.
I agree, no packets. Either do the hot cocoa on a stick OR premake it (you can do it on the stove or in a crockpot, even) and put it in an insulated electric dispenser. I doubt it’ll separate, especially because people using the spigot will agitate the contents.
Just make sure you have enough! I went to a(n outdoor) wedding this past weekend where the caterers only made one gallon of hot cider for over 100 people. And told me, “Oh, it’s all gone. Too bad,” when I got up there.

hot coco on a stick seems like the best option lol

I bet you could make your own hot chocolate on a stick by using ice cube trays for molds.

I love the hot chocolate on a stick idea.

If you don’t do the hot chocolate on a stick, ours was pre-mixed and as long as its kept warm it doesn’t separate! It was wonderful!

I’ve never heard of the hot chocolate on a stick, great idea.

We’re going to pre-mix our hot cocoa and put it in vintage thermoses. Future Mother-In-Law already has quite a collection of thermoses so I figure I can snag a few extra between now and then and between the two of us we’ll be set!
