Some hotels will require a deposit to guarantee a group block in Las Vegas but others do not.  It’s definitely possible to find but will take some time and research.

Good luck!

Off the top of my head, I believe Luxor, Excalibur, and Planet Hollywood do not charge a deposit.  I’m not sure if they’ve gone through any changes as this was last year.

Also, check with chains such as Hampton Inn or Homewood Suites close to the strip for less cost effective options.  They may allow room blocks without a deposit.

Just let them know that you’d like for the individual guests to call in their own reservations.

I hope that helps!

Excaliber doesn’t charge a deposit.. and it’s just across the street from the MGM. Also, the Rio doesn’t charge, but it’s off the strip.
