My wedding is in September on a Sunday and we have a hotel block at a hotel 20 min away from the venue. Everything is taking place at the venue- ceremony and cocktail hour/ reception. Majority of the guests are local (30 or so min away from the venue) but there are a few out of state and some with a longer commute. We put the hotel info on our save the dates, but have not provided shuttle info yet. Since we aren’t sure just how many people will be choosing to stay at the hotel it is hard to know if we should book a shuttle or not. We will definitely provide shuttle service if there are at least 6 or more people to shuttle. Less than that, we will probably just list local cab companies.
Thus far, nobody has booked a room. I want to include shuttle info on our invites which I want to order by May/June. What is the best way to handle this situation? If nobody still has booked a room by the time I’m ordering invites, not sure how to decide on shuttle service!
