We also briefly considered it, but it was out of our budget too. I think it’d be a great venue if you are going for an opulent feel!

Haven’t been there for a wedding, but I have been there for a Baptism brunch, and it was awesome.  Of course it was in one of the smaller rooms, so it was different than having an event in the ballroom.  I have heard that receptions there have a “weird” atmosphere, but who knows what that means…

I LOVE the Hotel Zaza in Dallas—-I’m sure it would be gorgeous, just be ready to dish out big bucks!

I think the place is nice but we couldn’t fit our size wedding in there on our budget. 250 people…

I haven’t heard about the weddings there but I’ll ask my friend. I think she’s been to one before.

Loooooooooooove the zaza.  Crazy awesome hotel, if it’s in the budget I would definitely go for it.

I went to look at it, it was my first pick, the venue was ridiculously pretty but WAY too expensive… We couldnt afford it and our honeymoon… We decided to have our wedding at Paraiso Maravilla. This venue is a dream 🙂 so very pretty

We called but thought it was really over priced.  I think their food and beverage minimum was $35,000.  Which was especially crazy to me because there are nicer places in Houston that have lower F&B minimums.
