(Closed) Hotfix Crystals – what size?

All I know is that the bigger ones are easier to work with. I am putting crystals on my Bridesmaid or Best Man hair accessories and the smaller ones are a bit of a nightmare to work with. You could buy a few of each size and then see which ones you like best and return the others

That looks like it’s on a belly band, so I’d go with smaller size. I think the bigger ones on something like paper looks tackier than the small ones.

THat particular one looks like SS 9/10/12 (depending on crystal brand) But you could do a SS16 and look really good too

You can buy them for cheap on ebay if you dont care if the are swarovski or not (I wouldnt care for invites, and good quality generics are really sparkly too)

No matter the brand, the smaller the more sparkly they are. And with frustrations of smaller, I would glue them on because they are being mailed, and especially E-6000 would really make sure they stay on (do a test run to make sure it reacts okay with the paper.) Also easier to place than with the hotfix tool.
