You are gorgeous, I know you’ll find a great dress…keep looking and you don’t have to break the budget!!  I can’t speak to stores in your area, but I’ve had a great experience with Alfred Angelo, Mori Lee, and Maggie Sottero….I ended up buying an Alfred ANgelo last week, but loved all of those lines!!

Have you thought about incorporating a dark belt in your dress?  Because your first pic you look va-va-va-voooom!  That style works for you!

Have you looked at any Grecian styles? Based on the blue dress in the first pic (in which you look like a knock out, by the way), that may be a style that would be really flattering for you.

Who knows…just a suggestion. I’m not the fashion maven over here. ๐Ÿ™‚

I guess I meant more like a sash… you could pull this off any day of the week!

You have an amazing figure that reminds me of that tall, curvy Kardashian sister.  I looked online at what she wore and I think you would KNOCK it out of the park!!!  It’s got a belt which looks amazing on you like the first pic and still hugs your curves to your knees.  Could you look for something like this just to try it on?

Maybe look at Casablanca?  Style 1960 is a halter with more of a trumpet body, which would show off your hourglass shape.  I’m not entirely sure what you mean by Mae West meets Mother Nature, but I’m an hourglass as well and ended up with a Casablanca A-Line.

One problem I had was that I thought I wanted a dress that had a sash or belt at the waist and then flowed from there, but every time I put one on, I felt huge b/c I thought it made my hips look big/made me look pregnant. So I ended up with a dress without a sash and that is more fitted through the entire torso, then goes A-Line over the hips.

Good luck — let us know how it goes!

@retreadbride:  Haha…yes, I guess greek goddess and Mae West don’t really mesh well. ๐Ÿ™‚ Good luck on your search…I have no doubt you will find something you will love!

@retreadbride:

Lol – I’m sure you’d be mistaken as an older sister, not her mom! ๐Ÿ™‚
