Day 3 of looking once DH gets home from work. Just want to find the best deal. For the best house. And be moved out by july-august. We found the one we want. Just dont want to settle on the deal if it can be cheaper elsewhere. This is as stressful as picking my two bands for my wedding stack.. Cant imagine thw stress when we finally go to build our forever home.

If you find a house that you love don’t play the what if game , you will drive yourself crazy and potientially loose the right house for you.
When we built our house we looked for 2 months nothing was really what we wanted so we decided we had to build. When we found the model and lot we wanted we didn’t hesistate because we knew lots were selling within days of being for sale.

Buying a house is like buying a wedding dress, when you find it you will just know. Also never ever look at more houses! Once you put an offer in disconnect from realtor.com/zillow/whatever.

thanks for all the advice. Right now we are actually looking at Traiker homes to put on our land so we can move out of my inlaws ASAP. (VERY thankful they let us stay here with the baby. But i miss being on my own and we really need to be on our own for many obvious reasons like we are adults have a baby and are married) but dont have the money to build our home yet. But we looked yesterday and found “IT!” IM PRETTY SURE ITS THE ONE. but we need to go back and see the seller about customizing it and moving the floor vents to the ceiling and seeing what kind of deal he can make us bc with the baby we REALLY REALLY dont want to go over $40/41,000. Were paying cash so i think he will work woth us.
Just auper excited to finally be on my own..well our own, again. But a home we will own for a few years.
