Three of my bridesmaids ordered their dresses through HOB.  They got the After Six line from Dessy.  We had zero problems with two of them but the third one came in the Wednesday before my wedding!  Super stressful situation because their customer service isn’t the greatest.  When you call the customer service number all they say is that they will have a Representative call you with an update and then they never call!

The dresses are legit but if I were you, when ordering, lie about your wedding date and make it a few months earlier so that you get the dresses with plenty of time.

They ordered their dresses in May.  One bmaid got hers end of August, another one the first of September and the last girl the end of September. Each girl got a confirmation email and it said to expect the dresses end of August.  Other than this timing issue, they did not have any other problems.

I never ordered from them, and my in store service was awful. My consultant went out for food while I was in a dress, and NO ONE saw a problem with this or came to tell me. Needless to say, I want nothing to do with them.

And, actually, when I was working at my last job, a dry cleaners, a girl brought in a dress she ordered from them, which came in late and had white arrows and marks all over the back. They refused to pay to have it cleaned.

I would not recommend this retailer to any brides. Just filed a report with BBB earlier this morning. I ordered my bridesmaid dresses with a rush delivery, but they neglected on telling me they had incorrect credit card on file. Since I never received a confirmation my rush order was processed, and was given a run around for 2 weeks (called them 6 times and 3 emails, never returned my voicemails, nor account rep/customer service rep and prosessiong rep has ever returned any of their internal message marked as urged). After my multiple attempts to reach out to them for more information on the order, I heard everything is ok and dresses will be delivered as told (in 5 weeks). Today, I got an email the order ws never placed. Stay away from them!

STAY AWAY!! Unless you’re really into tears and drama in the lead up to your wedding

I ordered my bridesmaids dresses and paid extra for ‘rush order’. I phoned a couple months later to check on its status and they informed me (in a very unsympathetic manner) that they don’t deal with the manufacture anymore.

These dresses had ALREADY BEEN PAID FOR and no one called or refunded my money??

They said they would make them for me and have to me in time for my wedding. After weeks and weeks of trying to get an update on the dresses, I gave up and purchased another entire set. The dresses ended up arriving 3 DAYS BEFORE THE WEDDING!! FYI I ordered them about 6 months prior.

This was the worst company I have ever dealt with. Impossible to contact on their customer service line, they kick you off after 5 minutes and get you to leave a message; NONE of my messages were returned, I only ever spoke to customer service if I was lucky enough to get through, which was pretty rare.

You would think a company that has been in this industry so long would understand the importance of reliable service when planning a wedding. They really added a lot of undue stress and anguish for what should have been a really exciting time for me.   Yell
