I just ordered online from them, and it seems like they only order/check web orders once a week. Which can be a problem if you’re cutting it close with the manufacturer’s lead time.

For instance, they rejected my payment because my credit card company has my address with my apartment number before the street address, which is the opposite of how I put it on the order form, because that is wrong but I can’t convince the credit card company of that.

This is the first time that payment has been rejected even though it’s not the first time I’ve had my address used to verify the card, so now I’m stuck waiting an extra week for a dress my best friend finally decided should be great for her wedding at the end of May.

I’d just suggest leaving yourself plenty of time to get the dress.

I just recently ordered our bm dresses at an actual bridal store and the lady could have been lying of course but she said (Watters at least) was suing those online companies.  And because of that there is a chance they could be shut down or go out of business. And if you ordered from them and that happened….well you’d be SOL. Just to warn you. I know the prices are much better but maybe they aren’t worth the risk.

I’ve heard many good things about them, and I’m considering using them myself. I have also heard great reviews of Netbride.com

good luck

hey sweeney.. i ordered my bridal dress from there, believe it or not.. although it took 6 months to deliver since the order had to go through the designer for the dress and so forth, the package came just as mentioned; well-packaged.  so i’d def recommend them again.
