my go-to gift is a breakfast in bed tray, with a breakfast recipe book. yum!

Being a new homeowner, I’d totally welcome a Lowes giftcard. We still going back and forth to that store 4-6 months after we live in the new one. Any amount you are happy with, $20-25 would already be great.  

Even if they have done most of the improvement, they still need to change the bulbs next years.

If you search housewarming gifts on Pinterest, you’ll get some great ideas. I love the gifts in a jar… You can find a cute jar or basket at Home Goods and fill it with goodies for a themed meal (Italian pasta dinner, popcorn/candy movie night, etc.).

I just had a house warming and we are the people that already have everything since we’ve been together 10 yearS. We got a lot of visa gift cards and alcohol. the gift cards were awesome because theres always little projects or gardening things to do. I love the home address stamp and wreath ideas!!! Very nice! Will be stealing those ideas for my nex. House warming 🙂
