I have an extensive makeup collection and little to no storage. It’s all just kind of sprawled out. I’ve been looking online for storage units and things, but I am at a loss.
How do you store your makeup and where in your home? Do you have any recommendations? Pictures (stock or personal) would be a plus! Thanks

My professional and stage makeup is tucked away in tackle boxes. My “every day” makeup (Which is pretty much an eyeliner stick and a bottle of foundation) is just hucked on the counter somewhere.
Edit: Fishing tackle boxes are great for storing makeup. All of my professional stage makeup is in one. They have tiny (sometimes re sizable) compartments so everything “has a place” and long slatted slots for brushes. Plus it latches up for convenient storage and carry.

I keep mine separated in little acrylic boxes from The Container Store. They also have excellent door-mountable racks there that are really low profile (good for small spaces) but really strong/high quality. Look at their Elfa collection for that! I put mine in drawers now, but for a long time I just had those plastic drawers under the sink with my acrylic containers inside to keep things organized. This is the biggest bathroom i’ve had in years!

My everyday makeup is in a little Mary Kay zip bag my grandma gave me. More extensive products I keep in a shoebox haha!

I like you have a lot of makeup and I live in a small apartment so I had to think of a creative way on how to store my stuff. I went onto amazon and found a bunch of acrylic holders and make a makeup corner next to my dresser. I included a link to the amazon webpage with a bunch of holders on it. Hope this helps!
Hope these help. Again I found all of them on amazon and I believe nothing was over $29.99… however they did have bigger and more expensive ones but that was not budget friendly.

I keep the stuff I wear on a regular basis in a makeup bag in the top drawer of my bathroom. The rest is in another, larger bag under the sink. I keep my brushes in a vase on the counter with fake pearls to keep them standing up. this set up works for me with the amount I have now but I like the idea of the storage containers, from the container store or a tacle box as PPs said. Also craft storage is an option too, the compartments are usually resizable and they come in a huge assortment of sizes.

Lipsticks (I have a billion) and stuff I don’t wear on a daily basis is in my dresser drawer with hair stuff.
Everyday wear stuff is in the medicine cabinet.
