We did the vintage window look and it turned out great and was very affordable. I ended up buying windows online for less than the cost to rent them.

I went to a cousin’s wedding where they had everyone’s names writen on separate envelopes, and all the envelopes were hung on a tree (bare branches to make it easier to find), like christmas ornaments. When you found your name, you took it and opened the envelope and inside was your table number. I thought it was cute 🙂

We are having the seating lists (alphabetical) printed on posters, which will then be framed in these large gold frames we bought on clearance. Then we’re going to prop those on easels provided by the venue.

I am just pinning the escort cards to a moss covered cork board in alphabetical order. The table name will just be listed under their name on their card. Ill have the cork board on a large easel.

Our is at a baseball stadium so we are doing personalized baseball cards…

Baseball card placecard holders. I would make them more vintage though!

We’re also doing a poster by alpha and then sticking it in a giant gold frame.

We just printed it on 8×10 scrapbooking paper and put it in a vintagey frame at the reception door.  Actually we did two so that people wouldnt be crowded around it.

I had the lyrics of the ceremony music printed on a big canvas, as a frame. Then I had the list of people in each table printed on a square of the same green paper of the wedding invitations (with printed leaves). The Paper squares were then attached to the canvas through a green organza ribbon (the same as the invitations) . It looks really nice!!

Our favors are having an individual seating card attached to them, and then the boxes will be put alphabetically on a table.  One box per person, so married couples have to find two boxes.  But at $18.99 a pound for favors, its necessary!
