Hello all :-). I should have discovered this site last year..maybe would try for an even more elegant and romantic wedding..
Well, we’re making the best with what we have/may afford and in the end the result is what matters – we’re getting married, right?? Sure, i want the event to stay in the memory of our loved ones as a very special, enchanted and romantic one so we’re trying!
I struggled with the idea of how to inform guests where they seat…one day i was playing with an immage i really love and this is what i tried ! Thaught about orderiina print in photographic paper size A2 – what do u think?

@Rivendeler: I would give the tables numbers or names or something so they can figure out which group of people goes where.

Above the names of the guests, the name of the table – it’s a place!

I like it! I saw your other post about the reasoning behind the names and thought it was fantastic (your table number post).
We just plan on having escort cards and then we thought of doing this:

Paper doily with their name under a clear plate.

I like it, but it’s a bit hard to read. If you outline the text in black, it might make it easier to see all the letters.

@Rivendeler: we use to give the restaurant the list with names on each card to place on table,,the restaurant gave us a map of table with numbers,,guest will just have to go around table and look themself,,might be fun!:)
