We had self-serve drink stations. We had one person “manning” all of them to keep them full, but that’s really it. Didn’t have any issues. The empty one was filled with water after this pic, lol.

@Jer72:  I would think the soda would be fine in this – though I don’t know, it could get flat? I’m sure you can tell, but we had tea, lemonade and water on the stations. Our venue had a drink dispenser for those that wanted soda (I kind of hated how it looked, but it was hidden off near the kitchen so I dealt with it, lol.) We were going to serve Sangria in these as well, but nixed the alcohol last minute.

Btw – these have come in handy since the wedding too. We’ve used them at showers that either my mom or I have hosted, I’ve let another bride use them, and we used them at some meetings. Yay multi-purpose!

@Jer72:  We had a few drinks on the table, then our caterer who was awesome put one of their people manning the drinks on a seperate table near the dance floor for people who wanted something that was not on the tables.

They all went around checking if the tables needed topping up too.

We did have alcohol but the people who didn’t drink ended up drinking mainly juice or water.  We have so much soda left.  We ended up getting cans, the guy manning the bar thing would just open a new one for anyone who wanted it and poured it into a glass for them so they stayed fizzy.

I also would love to use dispensers like those. I know our Walmart has plastic ones, but where else can I get them? Thanks 🙂

@ohulani:  I totally got mine at Wal-Mart. I’ve seen more expsensive ones at places like Pier 1 or Hobby Lobby, but I needed so many that I just got the cheaper ones. One of my friends got hers at some specialty store and paid something insane like $35 per dispenser.

@AmeliaBedelia:  lol. I don’t mind if its from Walmart or plastic, but the ones I’ve seen have brightly colored lids which wouldn’t match with what I’m going for.

No Sams Club where I’m from either!

@ohulani:  Boo! I think I kind of lucked into mine. Have you tried WalMart.com?

yah, and I would want to spend $35 on at least two! Three would be better! 🙂 I’ll definitely check online, thanks
