just thinking i am going to start on some of my DIY stuff this weekend. i am almost at 3 months away (eek!). and i want to put those cards at each place at dinner – don’t know what you call them – that state what the meal will be,
what typically should the dimensions of this be? 4X6? 5X7? smaller? bigger?
EDIT: i changed the title accordingly since i now know they are called menu cards!

Could you maybe do a place card for each person and do them in different colours or something that indicates meal choice? I don’t know that I’ve ever really seen ones that say like “chicken” or “beef”.
Regardless, about the size of a business card tented is a “typical” size.

If you are talking about menu cards, I took an 8.5×11 piece of cardstock and divided it up into three cards, landscape. Each card was 3 2/3″ x 8.5″.
