I’m just having a very natural light pink colour, a little bit opaque.  Its what I have 99% of the time anyway, I think its classic and chic.

I did a dark berry red! I thought the contrast looked amazing, especially when holding my bouquet (with cream and blush florals)

I’m leaning towards a half moon manicure. Currently thinking teal and gold. But I might change that up.

I’m thinking either red, white or nothing. But I’m doing my own nails and I have to keep them short for my sports so it looks busy and messy if I don’t just do simple nails.

I’m getting mine done on Friday for my wedding on Saturday. I want to get them done like this:

Wedding is in maaybe a year, but I am leaning towards my all-time favorite… pink and white French. I don’t like acrylics much (too thick and costly), but I love the look!

Some fancy bling would be nice too, but I’d worry about it falling off.

I also went with a gel french manicure (the regular polish chips so easy when you have french tips)!

I love the look of a French manicure from a distance- they’re so crisp and clean, but I’ve seen people saying that they can look pretty outdated (especially with the super pink acrylic and square/squoval tips) and I tend to agree. I like an American manicure, instead.

I really wanted to do a light, natural, jelly gel in pink like Essie Mademoiselle or Dance Class/Ballet Slippers. But I ended up doing a pinkish white gel instead. They weren’t my favorite nails, ever. But they were pretty. When I look back at my wedding pictures, I don’t even look at my nails, which is surprising since I’m obsessed with them in day to day life!

TwilightRarity :  I agree. I think french maincures (esp super squared off with unnatural pink acrylic) look super tacky.

I haven’t decided how I’m going to do mine yet, but probably a light blush pink/nude pink. A natural clean look.
