- Wedding: September 2017 - The Meadows
I did a book box: so it was a paper mache book that I painted and wrote “Once upon a time…” on it, since my theme is a fairytale. So inside was a headband that had a little fuzzy crown on it, plus some nail polish, bracelets and a little stretch bracelet of what they like(did Cinderella, Marvel, Wonder Woman, etc) and got a little temporary tattoo of a crown.
When Fiance wanted to ask groomsmen, he thought of designing a game. We didn’t have enough time to do it, but it was cute. The person would have to play the game and find items typically in a wedding, and at the end, it would ask them. Something a little different.

I said “so, I’m getting married” and they both said “what color dresses should we get? They’ve known since the Dawn of Time that they would be my BM’s. I’m a no-frills kinda girl haha.

It was Christmas time so I made each one these cute little christmas bags with hot cocoa, chocolates, a coffee cup, and mini bottles of champagne(I did starbucks via packets for my SIL who does not drink). I had chrisstmas cards made with little poems inside asking them. They loved it! My favorite was asking my SIL and Future Sister-In-Law in front of the three on Christmas morning. My other friend who I used to work with got hers as a surpise on her desk the day we left for christmas break. Everyone was really surpised when they got to the card at the end, it was so fun!
You can keep things super simple and it still be special.

I took my bridesmaids out to dinner in small groups and surprised them with these little boxes! My two maids of honor received the same box but their card said “Will you be my maid of honor? instead.
