That’s adorable!! I love personalized table numbers.

Ours will be in sparkly frames with numbers and underneath will say something related to us and that number. For example: “9, the day in September that the bride and groom met at a wedding”.  They will not be just 1-20, but rather up to whichever highest number we choose.

Im really excited to get started on them:)

Our theme was Midsummer Nights Dream which was fitting for us because were both in love with theater and cinema and we got married in a 1920’s theater! So I did all the tables as names of the characters in the play then at the entrance I had a ‘Shakespeares greatest’ book opened to the page showing the cast of the play. I made all the frames and chalkboards myself too. =)

Our theme is Van Gogh’s Starry Night, so our table names will be constellations. Orion, Pegasus, Aquarius, etc. I think they will just be going into painted picture frames!

@lstyle25:  Wow! I love your idea. I think I will definitely try to do something personalized.

We made our numbers after scouring local thrift stores for months to find the perfect vintage looking picture frames. We painted them gold and purchased gold leaf table numbers to fit inside.

We named all of our tables after our favorite mountains that we’ve hiked. I bought wood pieces and a cheap wood burning tool and hung the signs from our birdcage centerpieces. Sorry the picture isn’t a close up of the signs, but you can see the general idea:

We’re doing the number, and next to it, a couple random facts about us. For each table card there will be different facts and they range from my favorite midnight snack to his earliest memory. It doesn’t really have a theme, but it’s simple and cute!

We will most likely just do simple frames. Nothing too fancy.

Wow… I love all the different table numbers!  I just did a mock-up of mine this past weekend.  Still have some refining to do on it.  I am going to use taller candle holders from the dollar store and put flickering led candles in them and probably change the font and spacing.  Still a work in progress 🙂

Oh and my theme is just a simple… Spring-Love type theme.

We are doing movies too! This might sound strange but we have documented every movie that we have watched together since we started dating over 7 years ago LOL. I don’t even know how or why it started, maybe bc we were at an engineering school and my Fiance is kind of a nerd (but a sexy nerd!). Anyway, we have an Excel file for freshman year through senior year of undergrad listing movies by date watched and title as well as a post-undergrad list now that just continues to expand. And we only fill in new movies so anytime we watch a movie that we have seen already it can’t go in the list.

Haha everyone probably thinks this is weird 😛

@lstyle25:  We are doing something similar, comic books! I’ve bought large-ish thick photo frames that we will glue together, paint and one side cover of a comic and the other a number. I also like the idea of random numbers :>

My Fiance and I met, fell in love, got engaged, and will get married at our alma mater’s campus.  The campus is set up in a way that we could duplicate the general lay out of some of the buildings at our reception.  Each table will be the name of one of the buildings on campus.  We plan on blowing up a map of campus and a “map” of the ballroom so people can see them side by side.  I’d like to put little descriptions about the building itself and/or a little fact about how that building was important to one/both of us.
