My wedding is 13 days away and I seriously cannot believe it’s this close! I’m actually not feeling that nervous or stressed because everything has been taken care of. As the day gets closer I’m sure I’ll be more nervous though. Now I’m just in disbelief it’s so close As well as being so excited to be married and for our honeymoon! time is flying! Any tips for the last two weeks before the wedding?

- Wedding: July 2015 - Carmen\'s Lakeview
Relax as much as you can. Things will get done and if not, it probably isn’t a big deal and/or no one will notice. I spent the 3ish weeks before my wedding doing a lot of relaxing and it was so nice, so enjoy it! (I visited with friends, shopped, played mini-golf, went to some movies, etc.) About 2 days before the wedding it hit me though as thats when a lot of the out of town guests started to arrive, and I was a rollercoaster of nerves. I’d be excited, happy, nervous, nauseous, and they would just hit me in no particular order. I don’t know how I made it through those 2 days!!! I had people asking me nonstop how I was doing and I was ready to punch someone in the throat!! haha (Mostly because getting asked the same question kept getting annoying). But all the nerves went away when I got to my husband at the end of the aisle.
We will be celebrating our first anniversary in July already and I can’t believe how fast the time has flown!

I’m getting married on June 11th and I feel the exact same way you do. I’m surprisingly calm, because pretty much everything is taken care of. But I know that I’ll definitely get butterflies in my stomach the day before. Just because I will be praying and hoping that everything turns out exactly the way I have planned. what I decided to do it just to enjoy the fact that I’m not stressed out, and to spend the next 13 days thinking about how excited I’m going to be on the day of the wedding , and give any little last-minute things done. and just enjoying the last 13 days of being engaged.

I know people say this all the time…but it truly does go by in a flash. All of a sudden you are at the ceremony and then you are eating dinner and then you are eating cake…it ALL goes by SO FAST. Take time to enjoy the last couple weeks of being a fiancee instead of a wife, and just soak it all in. 🙂

I was a lot more stressed out than you, still DIYIng last minute things.
My advice is to enjoy the beauty time – get some facials, some skin care, a massage, maybe a pre-wedding manicure, so your nails are nice and long for the actual wedding manicure. Lots of Primping!!
