(Closed) How did you let guests know to take the escort card to find their seat?

Usually they are set up outside on a table at the entrance to the room where the reception will be held. All you need to do is to line them up alphabetically and they’ll find them. No need for a sign. Its really pretty simple.

don’t think a sign is necessary, but if you want to make one, there’s nothing against that! most people will figure it out, even if it is their first wedding. All the others who know what to do will have their placecards, so they’ll figure it out.

We didn’t bother with a sign either. We just strung them up.  See ours below. You could certainly DIY some signage if you’re concerned. Just print out something simple in a nice font and frame it up.
