Reilcal:  I have been trying to lose a little weight too, and I’ve found that since cutting out soft drinks, full cream milk and most juices that my stomach is looking smaller! My problem is I don’t eat a real lot, but I drink a lot and the things I have been drinking are so unhealthy.

I wish I could rollerblade around a lake for exercise!

honestly, I don’t believe diets or super intense workout things are reasonable. It has to be a whole lifestyle change, but sustainable on the long term. Your body can’t feel deprived.

I suggest eating healthier (let’s face it, we all know how) and cutting back on all the stuff you like without cutting itmout completely. You like pizza, fine, just eat 2 slices instead of 4. Ice cream, fine, but in a demitasse cup instead of a bowl.

then start doing something active every day. Doesn’t matter what. Dance, stretch, workout videos, jog, treadmill, walk even. but it should be done every day. Let it become part of your daily routine, same as brushing your teeth.

you’ll lose weight, feel better, and craft a lifestyle change.

Try sparkpeople.com I love it! I lost 10 pounds and got stuck there. I want to lose at least 15 more. They have great videos to workout from home. I recommend  trying to replace a meal with a juice (if you have a juicer or even a blender) or even if you can afford it buying nutritional shakes like Special K, Herbalife, etc. this will help you watch the calories, as you are guaranteed to not have over 200 in that meal (as an example it may be a little over that)
