Ive been working with almost 6 different venues so far and Im just wondering, how or do I notify them and advise them that Ive chosen a different venue to contract with? I dont want to just ignore them or not respond to their emails. Im just try to come up with a pleasant, cordial way to tell them? How did you handle this? Tips please?

I think most venues would rather know for a fact that you’ve gone another direction, rather than keep calling/emailing you with no response. I used to do sales for a wedding venue and my job required me to call and follow up weekly. I preferred it when brides would answer the call and tell me they’d already chosen a place, rather than me waste time following up–think of it as you saving them trouble, and also you won’t have to deal with the calls anymore. For emails, I would do the same–let them know you’ve gone another direction–and if they keep sending them and you can’t unsubscribe, just use your spam filters.
