We thanked them at the rehearsal dinner and gave them a card and promised wedding photos.

I got them a personalised frame off etsy with song lyrics that where super special to us. for my mom she gave us about 95%

my dad gave a little so I got him cufflinks that said papa of the bride ( I made)

my DH’s Mom made our cup cakes so I gave her a personalised mirror also off etsy

I gave the same to his other mom who bought his tux and paid for our marriage licences fee.

we are giving gifts to our parents at the rehearsal when we give our wedding party their gifts

i got my mother and his mother jewelery boxes, and since my mom is contributing way more we also got her a frame with a picture of me and her and a quote that says “home is where your mom is”

for my future Father-In-Law, who isnt contributing but cannot be left out, we got him a set of mason jar glasses

for my step-dad we are giving him the same thing as the groomsmen (a jack and coke kit) but adding cigars and a bottle of wine

I’m glad someone revived this thread since I’m seeking ideas too.  We’re thinking we’ll give our parents a nice framed wedding photo plus a hardcover album from Shutterfly.  But I’d love to hear other creative ideas!
