How did your Etsy rings hold up?

When I was looking I found a lot of the Etsy sellers had the same/similar stock photos. I did some research and found most of the designs on Alibaba. We ended up order directly from Tianyu Gems. Have had the rings about 15 months and they still look great.

I looked at a ring from Facets for Karats but honestly, something about them felt very off when I contacted them and I still can’t put my finger on it.

I ended up buying a stunning morganite from Kurt Ung Design. He works with moissanite as well and I can’t say enough good things about him or my ring. He was wonderful and does incredible work and messages back in record time. He does a lot of custom work too.

Ive had three rings made on Etsy and one purchased second hand that was originally from an Etsy seller.

The three that have lasted are made from Mrrosedesign, MirielDesign, and CVB. All three work with Moissanite and are amazing sellers. They are all bench workers and make the rings themselves. You can’t go wrong working with any of them. I will attach pictures of the three that I have. In order of CVB, Miriel, Rose.

I know you’d asked about US-based shops, but I just wanted to throw in a good word for Aardvark Jewellery on Etsy 🙂 They are in the UK, but my moissanite e-ring is from them, and they also custom-made my wedding band to go with it and I had a great experience and my rings are gorgeous and holding up very well! 🙂

@RoseAdore:  Thank you, thats so kind of you to say!

It was made by Caysie from CVB Inspired Design. The setting is “Delilah” in 14k white gold with a rose gold bezel.

The sapphire is a 1.5 carat 8.5 by 6.5mm untreated Padparadsca sapphire with SI clarity. The diamonds are all round brilliants in claw prongs, I believe each are 2.5mm.

@rosiedove:  I’m in love with your pear bezel! Which seller made it?

ETA: oops someone already asked! Saw your response.

My ring by David Klass via Etsy has held up amazingly over two years of constant every day wear. The first ring we got from Zhedora was falling apart out of the box though. Some sellers are amazing some are not, reviews on Etsy alone don’t always tell the whole story.

@rosiedove:  Sorry if you already answered this but I love your first ring. Can you tell what stone it is?  I haven’t seen your rings on here before.  I just bought some rose pink zircon rough and I have been trying to figure out what to do with it. Can I see a side view of the ring as well.  I can’t tell if it is in a scalloped basket. So very pretty!

@angelwaye:

I would love to see a picture of your stone it sounds beautiful! I’ve never seen a rough Zircon.

The center stone is a Pad sapphire 🙂. I have never seen anything from CVB Designs that wasnt stunning. Caysie should have an amazing design for your stone.

Thank you, I would be happy to post a picture. This one is the professional one she had with the ring.
