Hi. I saved this pic (from someone on the Bee, I think!) because I wanted to show Fiance and mom how the table #s were displayed.
Fiance liked it, but mom said it may take away from the flowers if the number sits on top of them. What do you think? Here is the inspiration pic for my centerpieces, but probably without the ribbon.
Part of my post got eaten! So what do you think? Would the number on top look ok or would it be distracting? And how are you displaying your table numbers? Any creative ideas?

@OrchidLove: I have that same Martha Stewart pic for inspiration as it’s our wedding colours.

I actually loved the idea of these…however we did names instead of numbers and so this got tossed out. How about a little smaller ball of roses with the number on it to add a little something?

@CatyLady: Yay! We have the same colors. I think the combo is super fun!

The first pic is from @Nola:‘s wedding:
I don’t think it “takes away” from the flowers, but you could always do a separate table number.
in the flowers or on the table

@mwitter80: Ooh that’s very pretty! I wonder if something like that is difficult to make though. I’ll be DIYing my centerpieces and table numbers.

@julies1949: Thanks for the source! I knew I got it from the Bee but I always forget to bookmark my sources 🙁 The little chalkboard is cute too!

@OrchidLove: It is! I started calling it aqua but switched to calling it Tiffany Blue, it was so much easier. Have a look through my posts if you want and you’ll see some stuff I ordered in the colour if it helps like ties, Bridesmaid or Best Man dresses etc. Ooh that reminds me I haven’t posted my favour boxes yet.

I think the table number in the flowers is really cool. I’m doing a fall theme, so I plan on sticking my table number cards into the stems of mini pumpkins.

@CatyLady: Thanks, I’ll be sure to look through your pics. I was calling it aqua too, then we ordered the Bridesmaid or Best Man dresses and the color is called Tiffany Blue so I use those two interchangably.
@iheartnerds: The pumpkin idea sounds so cute!

Now you’ve got me thinking……where should I put the table #s? I am not sure if they would be that visible if I stuck them in the flowers since I want them to be the same color as my flower centerpieces, or what I would use to make them stick out of the flower centerpieces?

I am putting a wire into the center of an apple and then putting the table number in it. Like the wire picture frames that have a swirl at the top.

I think a number would look just fine in those flowers, because they are very simple. I think it would actually add a lot more, and look very cute!
I am doing wine bottles with the numbers on the bottle. I ordered these labels from Etsy, and they are super adorable! They will go with my wine cork escort card holders! =)

We got pewter rose place card holders to use. I just made the table number cards in Word, printed them in color on cardstock and cut them out. One of the things I liked about them being low was everyone kind of had to go around and look at every table and got to see all the mismatched china.

These are my table numbers!
