@MrsBays:  It’s hard when you are a large busted woman. Have you ever been properly fitted for a bra? The support for our breasts should be coming from the band, not the straps. That way you will have less weight on your shoulders.

Yep, if your straps are digging in, you’re wearing the wrong bra size. Go get properly fitted.

Wow, I’m sorry. Are they always there, even when you wake up in the morning? Maybe you could start wearing a different style of bra (thicker, more padded straps, or halter/criss-cross straps/t-back so that the same area of your shoulder isn’t always under strain)? Or invest in a high quality corset so that the support is coming from boning and your ribcage rather than from straps?

My first step would be to go to a high end lingerie shop or Nordstroms and get a professional bra fitting to ensure that you’re wearing the correct size. Then look into different styles of bras + straps. Perhaps massaging the areas with some kind of rejuvenating lotion every night would improve things as well.

Maybe some of the more generously endowed bees can be of more help…
