Are you talking about the front? Or the inside?

@LavenderBride24:  It really depends on the look you’re going for.  I created a small monogram to go on the outside of my pocketfolds.

You can also use a belly band or ribbon.  I’ve seen other ladies get creative with feathers, lace, etc.  Can you post a pic of the inside of the invites so we can give you more specific suggestions?

A belly band with some kind of monogram or other small design to put on it is a really simple way to go. You can make them for really cheap with punches that punch in a strip (they are a little time consuming, though!)

@LavenderBride24:  oooh I love that purple design accent.

I suggest making a bellyband with a monogram square backed with that pattern.

OR a belly band made of that pattern and a simple monogram square.

They are very nice but I agree, they need a little excitement from the outside!

I would go with a purple bellyband (maybe made from ribbon)

I used a stamp and ribbon for the closure.

@LavenderBride24:  Those are really pretty!  You could go with a simple square monogram that matches the top portion of your invite.  Or like PP said, that pattern on the belly band and a simple monogram square.

If you are thinking of doing ribbon, I would take the invitation to your local craft store so you can match the colors.  If you’re going with the belly band/monogram, cardsandpockets.com has really beautiful cardstock & they will send you a sample for $1 to make sure the colors match.

I agree….a bellyband would be pretty.  The purpe lace design would look gorgeous!
