If you plan to do a presale, then essentially your a selling your items a bit early.  Once you’ve used them you ship them out.  However, Im not really sure how popular it is.

Exactly what PP said! I do know pre-sales are a lot more popular among friends or acquaintances though. Personally, I don’t agree unless I know the person. How do I know I’m not going to pay them and they’ll take my money, only to fall off the face of the earth? But, I have trust issues because I’ve been in a situation like that.

I would definitely say post your items, but do waiting lists or something to that effect. Say right now I wanted to buy gold charger plates from you that you’ll send a week after your wedding. Tell that person they will have 48 Hours after like…June 10…to pay you the amount before you move onto the next person on the list.

The reason I say make them wait to pay is because PayPal is only  valid for cases up to 45 days after the payment, so that way everyone can rest assured no one is getting ripped off. I’m not saying you would do that, It’s just an idea in the eyes of a buyer. I.would trust someone more and would like to have that reassurance if I were in that position. Make sense? 🙂
