    I’m not getting it but it is beause I don’t understand the connection of the words on the shirts- Golf? James? Groom?

    The numbers  are clearly the date but the words leave me baffled.

    It would be better if u could change the jersey names- it’s a little weird with their names on them.

    Sorry I didn’t get it until I saw the words “wedding website”. I thought maybe it was a birthday party or sporting event. Why are the bride and groom “Ebony vs Darris”. Why aren’t they joining together instead of fighting each other (“vs.” means fighting, like getting divorced or breaking up)

    What’s on the jersey’s?

    I think a basketball theme is cute, but there are better ways.

    I wasn’t sure what the names on the jerseys said but they look like “GOLF, JAMES, GROOM.”  I don’t know what it means.  And the “v.s” should be “vs, versus, or vs.” but I’m not sure you want to use “versus” instead of “and.”

    Ahh! I just realized what the numbers on the jersey’s were… the date. OK if I didn’t get that, I’m not sure most guests would either.

    Instead I could suggest you write “October” “twelfth” “2012” over the numbers instead of those names.

    @PinkMagnolia:  Same!

    I’m going to be honest, I’m not a fan 🙁 Sorry. I just don’t really understand the jersey names and I think that you could do a lot more with the sports theme.

    I think the bride and groom should be on a team, not against each other (in regards to the ‘vs’)

    @PinkMagnolia:  Oh I see the date now! Good eye 😉

    Maybe make that a bit more obvious somehow (:

    Vs. has the period after the s, not between the v and s.  But I agree vs. suggests opposition as in a battle or contest.  That doesn’t really go with joining together and getting married.  Plus, three jerseys and two names is weird.  Vs. suggest two teams or in your case two jerseys.  I also agree, that there needs to be something prominent that states or shows that they should save the date for a wedding.

    Ok
    1) I got the date, no probs
    2) I THINK the names are surnames – Cole, James, Croom. Unless thats the grooms full name?
    3) I think they are cute and different and if they fit your personalities GO WITH IT!

    However…. I agree with PPs the vs. sounds like a boxing match not a love filled ceremony! 🙂
