I think you are worrying about something that doesn’t need to be worried about. Nobody at the gym is looking at your hands and thinking “If only that poor girl knew how to choose nail colors that go equally well with normal and flushed skin tones”. I promise. 🙂

@kgirl91:  I like the shade you posted on you. One thing I like to do in the store is see if there is a swatch available I can hold up against my hand to get a good idea of how it might look on me. I have a similar skin tone and I usually go with two clear coats, french manicure, or a color similar to the one you have pictured.

If you are worried about canceling out red hues though I stick with a cooler shade. Lavender or plum might look nice on you. Normally green cancels out red but I haven’t seen too many shades of green polish I like.

EH, I just wear whatever colors I like..
