littlecats :  make sure to check with your venue first! EVERY venue I checked out, in multiple towns was NO CONFETTI. As for clean-up, a vacuum?

ETA: I didn’t ask because I hate confetti personally. The venues volunteered this information.

A hand vacuum is definitely the best way to clean up. As PP mentioned, definitely check with your venue manager beforehand! A lot of venues have a no confetti (or other similar messy items), even if you tell them you will clean it up yourself; or they might charge an additional clean-up fee even if you clean it up yourself (like my venue).

littlecats :  oh, also, if you do/can use confetti, try biodegradable so at least it’s somewhat environmentally friendly.
