My jewler told me the main ingrediant that he uses for cleaning diamnod’s is ammonia and for a qucik clean, use windex with ammonia, and give it a little scrub with a baby toothbrush and run it under warm water to rinse it.

Works like a charm..I always get compliments after I clean my ring!

@MissMaryMc:  All I know is that I volunteer in a hospital where they have those hand sanitizer stations attached to like every wall.  I notice that where is has dropped on the ground under the pumps it has eaten though the linoleum at each of them.  If it can eat through linoleum it can probably damage the plating on the ring  if it is white gold.

Fiance bought me an ultrasonic cleaner from Amazon for about $30. I love it. I use it for my ring, his glasses, sunglasses… it works amazingly well.

Hot water and a nail brush. Sometimes hand soap (but usually only if I wash my hands with it on).
