I have a halo with a pavé band and I use the Tiffany solution once a week or so, dip it in there and use the little soft bristled brush that comes with the cleaner to lightly clean out the nooks and crannies. Here’s mine but you can buy this type of product at any jeweller:

livcee:  get an ultrasonic cleaner! They are like $40 from Amazon and they work soooo well and are a great way to gently clean diamond rings

Sdavis:  I think it’s not recommended to use ultrasonic cleaners with pave.

I fill a little bowl with warm water and dish soap, let the ring soak for a bit, then use a tooth brush to gently clean the ring. Then I run it under tap water. And if I’m cleaning my glasses, sometimes I just wipe the ring down with that.

I bought the magnasonic for $40 on Amazon and it’s awesome. I have a cushion cut with micropave halo and it keeps it sparkly.

Every 6 months or so, I take mine to the local jeweler who I bought my ring from. He cleans them, checks the prongs, and makes sure everything is ok at no charge.

livcee:  i have a pave halo and just take mine to the jeweler for my semi annual cleaning and inspection. It stays pretty and sparkly in between!

1 parts jewelry cleaner I got from the store, 1 part warm water, and a little dishwashing liquid. I let it soak for 5 minutes or so and then use the little tiny brush and just give it a little scrub.

livcee:  1:4 ratio of ammonia to warm water. Soak 10 minutes, brush with soft toothbrush, rinse and dry with my glasses fabric.

I use a soft child’s toothbrush and dawn. I Sometimes use lens rags, for like eyeglasses, to wipe it down if I need too
