- 1/3 water, 1/3 all purposee cleaner, and 1/3 ammonia
- Heat up in microwave for about 20 seconds (depending on your wattage)
- Drop rings in for a few minutes
- Take rings out and brush with toothbrush to rid dirt in crevices
- Rinse in warm water
- Use cotton towel to dry
I wash mine weekly, but only because I’m obsessed with the sparkles after a quick cleaning! If you’re ring has pave diamonds in it, I would be careful about using the ultrasonic cleaners as they can knock out some of the pave diamonds! Eek!

We have the special cleaner that our jeweler gave us. I think I tend to clean mine every time we have a big event coming up! I just soak it for a few minutes in the solution, scrub it a little with the brush it came with, wash it off and voila!! It makes it all pretty and sparkly again :]

I just used the hot water, windex and dish soap suggestion and it worked so well! My ring is finally very sparkly again 🙂

I have really hard water at home that leaves a yellowish residue on my ring (it took me a while to figure this out). I tend to soak it in a dilute acid solution and sonicate (at work) or 1/2 vinegar – 1/2 hot water at home. It does wonders and keeps my D diamond from getting yellow.

I found the instructions on page https://www.silver.ag/en/cleaning-jewelry-at-home/ Try toothpaste to clean your silver. It cleaned all of my silver jewelry quickly and made it all very shiney.
