I used to workout 5 or 6 days a week but since SO and I have been living together I only work out three days a week and I always wear fresh gym clothes as I sweat a lot and don’t want to fear bacteria growth!!

@ChicFoodist:  I’m with you! I wear the same socks like 3 days in a row and wear bras 2 x’s before I wash them. I wash the shirts almost every time.

My theory is people wash clothes too often. Detergents break down clothing and are full of chemicals. I only wash my clothes when they stink or look dirty!

I always change the sports bra and shirt, but usually I can wear work out pants more than once unless it was a crazy intense work out.

@ChicFoodist:  I wear a fresh outfit every single time, but my barre/ pilates/ yoga classes leave me sweating profusely!  I couldn’t dare wear something twice. Unless I wear dry-fit attire, I come home soaked. That said, I have an extensive workout wardrobe because of my almost daily workout habit.

Could you just do your laundry more often?  Also, when I started a thread in search of the best yoga pants, several ladies said they like Old Navy pants and workout attire.  I haven’t tried Old Navy myself, but it seems to be super affordable and a lot of bees love it!

I work out at home, so I’m not worried about people smelling me I guess, but I don’t want to be too gross.

I will always wear a new shirt. I usually wear the same bra for about three workouts. Bottoms – it depends. I wear them maybe for three workouts as well.
