I currently feel like I’m about to break.
Work is very stressful and I’m working long hours.
Someone at work who has been actively messing up my biggest project just got a large promotion (while I’m still being grossly underpaid).
My graphic designer messed up several of the names/addresses on my Save the Date cards.
Fiance and I had a HUGE fight about nothing last night because I’m so angry, upset, and frustrated with work right now.
My usual outlet is the gym, but my hours are currently so crazy that I have no time to go and I’m exhausted and headachy.
I’ve also been eating terribly and having wine every night this past week due to stress so I am dreading getting on the scale on Thursday.
When you have a rough week, how do you de-stress?
I know none of this stuff is terrible, but I just am feeling worn down and angry.
