You gave yourself th answer I was going to give you! But I’m interested in knowing whatthe other Bees have to say, becaus eI’m going to be washing mine soon, and I don’t want to be stuck with the wrinkles that will come from that.

Hang it up and steam it in your bathroom. Let it hang until you are going to wear it. Mine came wrinkled to and now it is straight as can be

I was going to suggest “steaming” it as you suggested as well.

Yes, it works. Take it out of the packaging now and let it hang. Bring it into the bathroom while you take a shower. Do that a few times and it will be fine. Do the same thing when you get to Jamaica

Now these are the questions that make me love WB! I would never know that my veil may have wrinkles, and would not have the slightest idea of how to de-wrinkle it. Good question 🙂

you can also boil a pot of water and hold the wrinkle-y bits over it (pulling it somewhat taut as you go)

I never thought to steam it at all.  When we got to Charleston it was wrinkly so I hung it up in the closet and by Sunday morning it was fine but mine didn’t have any lines, just wrinkles.

@dynamic_duo: I totally wish I had known this before last weekend.  I was worried it wouldn’t dewrinkle just by being hung up but I was lucky that it did.  If I had seen this thread before, I would have definitely put it in the bathroom while I showered.

I didn’t even need to steam mine in the bathroom, by the time it had been out of the wrapper for a few days and on my head for three hours the wrinkes had pretty much dropped out.
