Going for a swift walk REALLY helps.  It changes.my.life.  I always come back in a better mood.  Sometimes it is hard to get out there, and I am tempted to sit and watch a show and eat something sweet,- but I always feel better if I take a power walk/ hike.

Exercise. I always feel better after going to the gym or taking a run or walk outside.

Also this sounds bad, but when things get overwhelming for me I’ll cry lol. The next day I always am able to see more clearly and feel much better. Sometimes a good cry is all you need lol!

The gym is a HUGE stress reliever for me, lots & lots of cardio! 🙂

Wine.  Lots of sex.  Wine.  Is how I deal with stress.  😉

Working out is a great way to deal with stress – helps to burn off all the extra energy and anxiety and refocuses your mind.  Sometimes you have to get away and just do something different for a while, and give yourself a break.

I’m very type-A, so when I have a lot on my plate and feel stressed, I like to make lists of what I have to do and when.  It helps me stay organized, and when I know I’m not going to forget to do something, then I relax more.  Oh, and wine.

I meditate… just focusing on my breathing for a few minutes helps me remember that I don’t have to finish EVERYTHING on the wedding checklist this very moment.

Getting enough sleep and eating healthy foods also helps me.

Um, I eat it.

That doesn’t really help, lol.

Going for a walk can really clear your head.  I also do a lot of problem solving in the tub.

Wine, yoga, wine, running, wine, girls’ night, wine, sexy time, wine, taking naps, wine, playing with my dogs, wine, … there seems to be a theme :/

Yoga or working out of some kind. Get those happy endorphines flowing 🙂 I also write. Whether that means making a list of all my to dos for just today to make it seem more manageable, or just writing out how I feel. Getting it on paper and out of my head makes a world of difference.

@misspeanut:  Yup, stress eater and crier here as well.  I work out 5 times a week, but I’m still always stressed.

I cry. I also procrastinate a lot, which just makes everything worse. I need to install some healthy habits.
