I was just wondering how everybody else destresses after a not so good day or week?
For me, it is a couple filled to the brim glasses of white zin and curling up to Mr. Shef and wanching movies or shows that don’t remind me of anything that happened that day/week. Playing with our hedgehog always helps a ton too. You just can’t be mad when holding or looking at his sweet little face!

Me too 🙂 I am actually having my 3rd glass of Riesling (Three Blind Moose) right now while watching House Hunters and my dog curled next to me! Earlier I was hanging out with my SIL (who lives with us) and I watched Thursday night TV because my husband has a few friends over right now and they are playing poker

Definitely either wine or working out. Every once in awhile, both, although I don’t advise that at all. Bad idea.

Yoga class or a long, hot shower.

I cook or bake. Anything that requires me to pay full attention to what I’m doing (like chopping garlic). Usually by the time I’m done, I’m a lot calm and relaxed. If that doesn’t work, I second @HoneyBear: wine and the Bee.

a cocktail, or two – and some sort of craft that involves my hands (sewing, paper crafts, knitting, etc.). And a campy horror flick!

YAY for wine! Mr. Shef has a glass waiting for me when I get home. And Hells Kitchen will be cued up on Hulu. Better believe I am in the mood for some Ramsey yelling!
